Foundation & Flow was created from years of hands-on experience in compliance, operations, and executive-level leadership. With over 20 years in leadership and compliance, and more than 15 years in the behavioral health and mental health space, our work is grounded in both expertise and a real-world understanding of what it takes to build programs that function.

We have had the privilege of working with founders, operators, and investors across multiple levels of care. We support startups, guide organizations through licensing and accreditation, and help established programs realign, strengthen, and grow.

Our work spans program development, licensing and certification through DHCS, Joint Commission and CARF accreditation preparation, audits, chart reviews, policy and procedure development, EMR implementation, hiring, training, and operational restructuring.
